This 55-seat, air-conditioned conferencing suite is equipped with the latest multimedia facilities, including: Ceiling mounted digital projector Automated presentation screen Dedicated computer CD/DVD and video player BOSE audio system High speed wireless internet access Your laptop presentation can be run effortlessly from the conference table or lectern point at the press of a button. Don't have your own laptop? Either send your presentation to us in advance or bring them with you on a memory stick or CD and we will pre-load them onto our equipment. The boardroom table can seat up to 20 people with space for 15 observers. Alternatively, the room can easily be set up to accommodate 55 in theatre style seating. The main conference room can also be divided with the in-situ room partition to accommodate two smaller meeting spaces. The Darwin room hire prices are £65 per hour, £240 half day (4 hours) and £400 for a full day (8 hours). This includes access to all of the equipment.
