Virtual Office

Our virtual office service is ideal for newly formed businesses and those looking for an impressive corporate image with a low entry cost. We offer the following virtual office packages: Bronze Plan - £15/month

    • Prestigious business address
    • Mail receiving and forwarding by 1st class mail (postage extra see additional charges)

Silver Plan - £30/month

        • Basic Plan above PLUS
        • Use of Innovation Centre Medway phone number with professional telephone answering service
        • Messages forwarded by e-mail

Gold Plan - £60/month

          • Bronze Plan above PLUS
          • Private phone number with 24-hour accessible voice mailbox
          • Receptionist service for call patching and forwarding (call charges extra see additional charges)

Deposit

              The deposit is one month's fee of the package that you may choose to take.

Additional Charges

              • Telephone call costs - call costs are 3p/min Local rate and 6p/min National rate
              • The Data Centre - You may have a requirement to house your business server. Our Data Room can accommodate your needs. Please speak to us for prices and options
              • Printing and photocopying charges if you use the centre's print photocopier. You receive your own pin number to ensure you are only billed for your print and copy costs. 3 pence per Black and white copy, 6 pence per colour copy
              • Post franking. This is invoiced monthly at standard royal mail rates.
              • Mail forwarding. We will forward any mail received on request and will charge standard royal mail rates + 10p

Service agreement

                A copy of the standard licence agreement for Innovation Centre Medway is available on request. The licence is a one Month licence with a one month notice period. There is an application form that must be completed and you must provide two forms of identity. An application form is available on request.

Notice to activate Virtual Office

                We require a minimum of 10 working days notice to activate a Virtual Office package. This allows us to plan for your service and set up IT and telecom systems.
